Shop & Field Facility Fabrication
At its Lampman, Alida,
Carlyle, Halbrite, Lloydminster, Swift Current
and Wainwright locations, CES has the capacity
to perform a range of work in the Shop &
Field Facility Fabrication area.
Equipment
The Company has invested
in all of the equipment required to perform
Shop & Field Facility Fabrication. Among
the tools in our lineup are welders, hoists,
cranes, bevellers, forklifts, cutting torches,
trolleys and rollers.
Experience
CES is proud to have
an outstanding relationship with our employees
in this area. 25 of our welders in SE Saskatchewan
have permanent pressure ticket welding certification.
Three of these welders have a 30+ year history
with us, six more have over 20 years, and the
remaining 16 have a work history with CES ranging
between five and 19 years.
Quality
All jobs requiring
pressure welding conform to ASME standards,
while non-pressure fabrication jobs conform
to CWB codes. Pressure components require notification
to the provincial Boiler & Safety Division.
All spools are fabricated using registered weld
procedures.
