Whether needing to
drill under existing structures, roads or highways,
rail lines or crossing environmentally vulnerable areas,
horizontal directional drilling is the answer. By minimizing
impact to the surrounding environment, HDD offers a
safer, more efficient, less expensive solution.
With four locations across Saskatchewan
and Alberta (Regina, Emerald
Park, Saskatoon
and Lampman), the HDD
division has the capacity to perform jobs of any size,
including difficult to access sites, crossings and materials.
The impressive array of HDD equipment allows the Company
to drill through any type of earth, including clay,
sand and rock, or a mixture of all of these. Our drills
can pull cable through a bore as small as 1" in
diameter, or bore pipe as large as 48".
Our equipment lineup consists of DitchWitch
HDD drills from the 920 through the 4020 All Terrain,
a JT8020 machine, grouting machines, pipe bursting machines,
rubber tire backhoes, rod pushers, skid steers, excavators,
trailers, picker trucks, zoom booms and directional
augers.
We aim to exemplify the best that the
HDD and construction maintenance market has to offer,
through provision of exceptional customer service and
satisfaction while integrating health, environment and
safety in all our activities.
As with all CES divisions, a strict safety
program is administered by our Corporate Safety Officer.
This division also does general construction
maintenance such as hydrovac, excavation, chain trenching,
locater services, snow removal, frozen line thawing,
water washing (steam trucks), asphalt cutting and frozen
ground and pipe ramming.
